Scent Strength ratings are based on personal judgment. Our average scent strength is 3 out of 5. Ratings above 3 may produce a more intense scent, while ratings below 3 may be a more mild scent. We try to balance all of our scents to be equally as strong, but certain scent molecules, such as mint & musk, can produce a stronger scent throw naturally.
If you are more sensitive to strong scents, you may prefer a scent strength 3 or below.
Scent strength also depends on room size and candle type. Double wick candles will produce a much stronger scent throw than single wicks.
