Favors & Special Events

Celebrate the big day with Fate Naturals! From weddings to birthday parties, we can customize any product to fit your needs. 

We offer two candle sizes for special events, our classic single-wick (7.5 oz) and an exclusive votive size (2.5 oz). Our soaps can be cut in halves, quarters, or left whole. 

HOW TO ORDER:

Please send us an email at info@fatenaturals.com with the following information:

• Type of event
• Number of favors needed
• Type of products (soap, candles, both)
• Are you interested in custom labels?
• Do you have a scent in mind? If not, is there a theme for your event?

A member of our team will be in touch with a quote and information on how to proceed within 3 business days. If not, your email may have been sent to spam by accident and will need to be resent.

 

TURN-AROUND TIME:

Turn around time will depend on the size of the order. Please allow up to 4 weeks of curing time for custom soap orders. Your patience is appreciated as all of our products are carefully handmade in small batches.  

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Shipping costs apply to all orders and will be calculated upon checkout depending on order total and shipping address.

 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to info@fatenaturals.com within 24 hours.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received damaged products. All damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your package for replacement or credit.
